Faster, faster, faster ….as the semester speeds by, you are looking for some way to get more research done. You could accelerate some of your projects by turning to high performance computing for difficult computational problems. Learn how by attending Lehigh’s High Performance Computing Day on Friday, April 21st in Rauch Business Center. “Getting started” workshop sessions, a great keynoter, and the shared experience of colleagues are planned. Check it out in the article in this issue.

Admitted Students Welcomed via New Portal
This year, when the Class of 2010 applicants received an offer of admission, they also received an invitation to be the first Lehigh University Class to use the new Admitted Student Portal.

On April 21st can learn how High Performance Computing (HPC) at Lehigh can accelerate scientific and engineering computations.  
Mail Quota Increased for Faculty and Students
Recently, the mail quotas for many accounts were substantially increased. Quotas are the limits on how much disk space one is permitted to use on Lehigh servers.

Linderman Library Construction Continues
With about a year to go before completion and re-occupancy, work inside Linderman Library is now focused on the more exciting phase of reconstruction instead of just demolition and reworking the existing structure.
