Special Collections
Receives Berman Papers
On behalf of the Philip and Muriel Berman Foundation, Nancy
Berman, the foundation’s director, has made a gift to Lehigh
University Special Collections of the papers of her late parents, Phil and Muriel Berman. |

Ayers to Speak on
Digital Scholarship, Civil War
Hugh P. Kelly Professor of History and Dean of the College
and Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at the University of
Virginia, Edward L. Ayers, will deliver two talks on Tuesday,
February 21st. |

New Password Change Process Protects Identity
In February LTS will be initiating a new process for opening
and maintaining Lehigh user accounts (usernames and passwords). This
new process, which affects all users, will provide an enhanced
degree of identity protection and overall security. |

Hertel Join LTS, Metzger Retires
Cataloger Doreen Kopycinski and Senior Computing Consultant
Brandon Leeds joined LTS in December 2005. In January Librarian Tina
Hertel joined the Help Desk Team and Special Collection Curator Philip
Metzger retired at the end of December after some twenty
years at Lehigh. |

list of full text databases. This premier research resource
includes every significant English-language and foreign
language title printed in the United Kingdom during this
period, along with thousands of important works from the
