Strategic Thinking
Much of the campus is involved in the Strategic Thinking initiative introduced by President Alice Gast this semester.

Three LTS directors are deeply involved as members of the three working groups: Sue Cady, co-chair of Investing in Faculty and Staff; Greg Reihman, co-chair of Enhancing Student Life and Learning; and Christy Roysdon, member of Increasing Graduate Study and Research.

We have all appreciated the opportunity to listen to many of you across the campus. Please continue to participate in this process, reviewing drafts of reports as they become available.

These discussions have not only been extremely important, indeed vital, to the Strategic Thinking process, but, as a side benefit, they have helped inform our understanding of campus needs and aspirations within Library and Technology Services.
