“Power to the People” in Fairchild Library
New tables with
convenient power outlets on the top have been added to the
north wing of the main floor of the Fairchild Library very
recently. The carrels have been removed so that the space is
open and inviting.
This area now
makes a great place for students to use wireless laptops;
they have already occupied every available seat. All the
seating on that floor has recently been replaced with new
contemporary style chairs as well.
